Being
a reseller, what kind of extras will I receive?
We will set up your own name servers (ns /
ns2.yourdomain.com) for no extra cost (usually a
feature that other hosts will charge for.) A
private SSL certificate may be purchased from a
certificate issuer to keep us completely anonymous
from your clients.
What
type of support will you / I need to provide?
As
a reseller for Next Generation Hosting you will be
responsible for providing general support to your
customers. Next Generation Hosting will do all
system administration necessary, as well as be your
second line technical support engineers if you have
a problem and can’t answer it.

- Next Generation Hosting will provide an option for
our resellers to outsource their support for an
additional cost. This will provide anonymous
24/7 support to your clients under your label.
